Scriptural Financial Freedom Obtaining God's blessings

Listen to grow financially

When shopping or eating in a restaurant, have you ever been asked "Are you finding everything okay?" or "How is everything?" but it was clear that the person asking the question couldn't have cared less about your reply?

It's better not to ask, than to ask and not care about the answer. In your business, when you ask a customer if everything is okay, stop for a second, look the person in the eye, and tune in to their response.

Give the customer time to answer the question fully. If a concern is raised, deal with the issue without becoming defensive or argumentative. Whether the response is positive or negative, thank the customer for taking time to share his or her perspective.

Listen to your customers and your business will grow.

Now therefore... listen to me, and pay attention to the words of my mouth (Proverbs 7:24).

Scripture: Hear my words, you wise men, and listen to me, you who know (Job 34:2).
