If you're a manager, establish procedures, systems, and training that will help your employees perform their work efficiently, effectively, and with expertise. Support them with encouragement and constructive feedback that promotes improvement and enhances morale.

Study to learn every important aspect of the products or services you offer, and be able to articulate what constitutes a great product. Just as you expect the products you buy to be free of defects, make sure that you offer only defect-free products to your customers.

Do your best work and exercise great care in delivering superior quality, and your customers will be delighted every time.
